Abstract

The purpose of this study its to present basic data to the improvement of :Medical Record Management through the analysis of Obstetic Record, New born Record, Emergency Room Record.
The major results were as follow :
1. The tittle of the medical record was being used differently obsetetic Record is 4 different tittles, 4 different tittles in New born Record, 6 different tittles in Emergency Room Record.
2. This study identified 12 same items (Hopital No, Date, Ward No, Name, Age, Gravida, Para, B P, F H T, On set) in obstetic Record´s items. 12 Same items (Chart No, Name, Father Name, Blood type, Duration of Labor, Type of delivery, Anesthesia, Complication of delivery, Weight, Apgar Score, Breath, New born Identification) in New born Record´s items. O Same item in Emergency Room Record´s items.
